1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day risk-free trial. You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your LumiKids™ projector to request a full refund if it does not meet your expectations.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The item is returned in its original packaging (including the projector, markers, discs, and drawing book).

• You have the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

• The product shows no signs of intentional damage or severe wear and tear.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, simply contact our support team at thelumikidscontact@gmail.com with your order number. Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions within 24–48 hours.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5–7 business days.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• If the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, LumiKids™ will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

• For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
