Thank you for visiting and shopping at LumiKids™. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed, packed, and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped. Please note that during high-demand seasons or holidays, processing times may experience minor delays, and we appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are proud to offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders across our supported regions. No minimum purchase required, and no hidden fees at checkout.

📦 Please Note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not strictly guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to local postal delays, customs processing, or severe weather conditions.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) and a direct link to track your shipment in real-time.
The tracking information usually updates within 24–48 hours after shipment. If you do not see updates immediately, please allow a short window for the carrier's system to sync.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
LumiKids™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
5. Incorrect Address Disclaimers
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct, complete, and accurate.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at thelumikidscontact@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are unable to change the delivery address or cancel the shipment.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Lost Packages
We want your little artists to receive their LumiKids™ projector in perfect condition.

Arrived Damaged: If your product arrives broken or damaged during transit, please take a clear photo or video of the damage and email us immediately at thelumikidscontact@gmail.com. We will review your case and send a brand-new replacement completely free of charge.

Stolen or Lost Packages: LumiKids™ is not liable for packages that are successfully delivered according to the carrier's tracking link but are stolen or lost after delivery. We recommend contacting your local post office or carrier directly to open an official inquiry.
